Can I get a refund?

We won't hold your money.

We understand that sometimes, businesses need to scale down.  We offer refunds on certain billing plans to help you get back on track again.

Month-to-month subscription 
Once you cancel, your monthly subscription will end at the end of the month and your card will not be charged for the following month. You will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing monthly periods and for services rendered. Your services will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. 

Yearly subscription

Once you cancel, your yearly subscription will end at the end of that month. You will receive a refund for any unused portion of the annual subscription fees you paid for minus any cancellation fees. You will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing monthly periods and for services rendered.Your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. 

eSignature

Unfortunately, we can not offer any refunds on e-signatures used unless the e-signature fails due to our technical issue.
